Pet Friendly Student Housing

Raiders Ridge is a "pet restricted" apartment community. The following restrictions must be met in full before a pet will be considered eligible to reside on property:

• All roommates must agree to and sign off on the Raiders Ridge pet addendum.
• A one time, per pet, fee of $350 must be paid in full before the animal is allowed onto the property
• Monthly pet rent in the amount of $25 must be paid on or before the 5th day of each month until the end of the lease term
• Raiders Ridge has a strict weight limit of 35 lbs. for any pet that may reside on property
• Raiders Ridge will not allow any vicious breeds to reside on property. A list of vicious breeds may be found on any popular search engine.
